Description

A large oak chest with brass hardware, personalized on top including a date: December 25, 1901.  Handsome wood; it looks great.  It's a flatware chest, but was used in the estate to store the sewing collectibles and thimbles.  There is a single drawer plus the top section.  The original lining is gone, and fabric has been laid in it as pictured.  There is a key but it’s apparently not needed.  This is a large heavy chest: 24.5" wide, 8.5" tall, 17.5" deep.
