This is an American 19th-century salt-glazed stoneware crock, stamped:

**“D. WESTON

ELLENVILLE
3”**

This indicates:

  • Maker: Daniel Weston, a known Ellenville, New York potter

Decoration

The crock features classic cobalt blue slip decoration, done freehand, depicting:
